Transport::fromDsn() was called without the dispatcher, so the Symfony MessageEvent never fired and SilverStripe's MailerSubscriber features (send_all_emails_to, cc/bcc_all_emails_to, absolute URL rewriting) were silently skipped on every project using this module.
